Simply replaced the head on a Primeval Jenny figure with that of a Doctor Who River Song figure. Repainted the flight suit to be a camouflage uniform and lightened River's hair.
Thanks for the comments!! I agree that CO has been missing out on some of the best variations of characters in Doctor Who, so it's been fun coming up with a few customs. The background is an 8th Doctors TARDIS display that was created using first off, the TARDIS background created on AFTDOWNLOADS.CO.UK. Those guys put together some great displays! I finished my set off with a few scale items...uh...yeah, okay...dollhouse furniture. :cP This stuff was found mostly at Hobby Lobby, some of it I made from scratch using sculpey, and some of it I just purchased on a website.
