After Perchasing this Figure, I discovered his uniform was not Dark Navy Blue & Black as the 1st clipping shows...but a blue & light brown as the bottom 2 clippings display. What???? Also the chest armor button were sculpted but not painted. I'm suprised with the accompening magazine cover that it wasn't black uniformed. So I did a total repaint. Flesh color was also a little pale when it arrived & his Red star on his shoulder was Way Oversized. I decided to also make more belt pouches for his belt, made his shoulder side-arm & added the Right leg belt & pouches...matching to more of images shown of Winter Soldier. Now he marches the cover much more, I think. Enjoy.
