Used a DC Parasite for base and exchanged the head for a Small Soldiers Chip Hazard. Additional sculpt work to create the flames, but most of the effort went into painting the layers of molten and fire. Really wanted to convey the "heat" on this guy, so sprayed a clear coat of gloss over the tips of the flames to give some more contrast.
Peter Parker made a living taking photos of Spidey in action and often, Parker got the best shots while during the heat of the battle. He'd purposely make snide remarks to engage and taunt his opponent into making faulty attacks. He'd cleverly pess off his enemies causing them to retaliate in haste, setting up some of the best photos for the morning paper. Sometimes Pete would feel bad, exploiting his foe's temper tantrums, making them look stupid for the world to see, just so he could pay them bills. And J.J. paid top $$$ for those pics.
J.J. would sit tirelessly thru the night, sorting out the best action shots, close-ups, out of this world angles for the paper's front page. Looking thru the pics he felt like he was part of all the eye-popping, web-slinging action. Never fully realizing that they where shot by Spidey himself. J.J. hated Spiderman so much because he wished it could've been him doing all that crime fighting in the pictures. It blew his mind to see these action shots, so vivid and capturing the brutality & violence. It made him want to do what Spidey was doing - kicking major butts and cleaning up the neighborhood.
J.J. used a lot of pills a day just to keep his insanity sane. After all, he had a paper to run. And he took great pleasure, using the Bugle, to slam Spidey's name, any chance he got. One way or another, the Wall-crawler was gonna burn!
