Goin thru the fodder bins gave me this lil' idea! IMO Banner from the Toy Biz Hulk pack circa '05ish looks just like Tom Cruise. Frankly, I'm surprised no one has(that I've seen) whipped a Cruise inspired custom w/this head. Anyway, a Chris Redfield bod circa '98ish completed the custom! LMK what u think!
