This is my take on classic Transformers character Nightbird. I saw the impossibletoys figures, but could come nowhere NEAR affording them, so I opted to make one myself using a TFA Arcee figure. She's mostly a repaint, except for the mask, which I made out of polymer clay, and I made a few new accessories. Her nun-chucks are made of polymer clay around a bead chain and fit in the pack pod sheathes just like Arcee's swords, she also has a light saber made from a sword off a knock-off gundam toy. It is technically possible to transform her to car mode, but I don't want to risk messing up the paint, besides Nightbird didn't have a transformation in the cartoon.
