This is my fist attempt at a custom figure. I started off with an interest to make Excella as close to the Resident Evil game as possible, but with just a little custom design to her. Mostly because no one seems to do her likeness. I started by removing the cape assembly and hood, only to see there was not too much besides a molded face.Through putty and Milliput, I sculpted her dress along with portions of her cape to make the front and rear of her dress. Her legs had to become stable to keep her standing upright. I reduced the spread of legs on the Ghost figure and added her famous gold heel shoes, necklace and several additional tweeks. All in all it took me over 40 hours until I was satisfied with this custom figure. I added a custom painted "high tech" briefcase which I had from a bag of 3.75" GI Joe accessories and a submachine gun. Overall I think she turned out pretty nice for my first figure. I hope everyone likes her.
