Julian Keller is a mutant with the power of telekinesis. He joined Xavier's school and has participated on missions with the New X-Men. Recently he lost his arms in a battle with Bastion's Sentinels.
This custom started with Bullseye's body. The lower legs and arms were swapped out with Madman's. The head is Johnny Storm, and belt is from Taskmaster. The rest of the detailing was created with label tape and rubber. Thanks for looking, and feel free to comment. Make Mine Marvel (Legends)!
