It's been a while since I have submitted any customs.Here is one of my originals that I decided to an upgrade on him. The original is grim. He is my strong guy of my originals team.He was really fun to make and I think he scares my other customs! lol.
I started off with a dc desperoand was going to use the whole figure as the base until I went to the antique mall's toy section and found this unknown figure that came with the axe and I thought his legs would work better.One thing I didn't like about the despero was that I couldn't do much with his hands so I carefully cut them off and drilled holes and used a dowel peg.Ended up losing one of his hands so I had to find a replacement thanks to hulk.Drilled hole in fist to hold the axe.Since the hands were slightly wider than the wrist I solved the problem by using suede lace as leather wraps.Same with the belt.I think it turned out great.Sculpted over mouth and finished off with citadel paints even the blood on the axe.As usual comments are welcomed.I have actually learned a lot from the realm.I'm going to end up doing a black wash on him later.Anyways, let me know what you guys think!
