I removed the wings from the original figure and added a new face and chest using Power Rangers pieces. The chest is on a hinge to allow it to open up. I used Lego pieces for the hinge. On the inside you can see a viewscreen of Optimus Prime and Cosmos' signal beacon, as seen in the G1 episode "The God Gambit".
Unfortunately he doesn't turn into a flying saucer, but more of a sleek interstellar spacecraft. But I like him.
