Fairly easy figrue to do. Removed her cape. Scalpted more of a hood that would hand lower, cover her face, and still allow movement. Cut her front cloth to a point so I had something to tuck her dress into. Scalpted the Horde crest. painted, Cut the new cape and dress and there you have it Shadow Weaver.
