First appearing in Uncanny X-Men #141 (January 1981), Destiny was a blind precognitive mutant able to predict future events. A member of Mystique's Brotherhood of Evil Mutants Destiny met her demise in Uncanny X-Men #255 only to be resurrected by the techno-organic virus during the 2009 Necrosha event.
