Hawkeye's base is the ML Icon Cyclops 12 inch figure. Starting with upper armor below neck is sequence material painted. Masked was made from foamies then re-enforced with a resin, then paint. Skirt (for lack of a better word) was decorative ribbon then bordered in paint saturated rubber bands. Boots are paint and material cut to replicate the "swash buckler boot" look. Bow was also hand made from bendable plastic rods, then foamies, and then finally strung and painted. Finally the quiver is same material as boots with painted q-tips to resemble arrows.
About 24 hours of work went into this custom and was really pleased with the outcome.
