Submariner's base is Amazing Spiderman 12 inch figure from Toybiz, head was taken from ML Icon Magneto. I painted hair on magneto head black then narrowed eyebrows and sculpted pointy ears to resemble namor. Painted body flesh color then "speedo's" were painted green. Sea shell belt buckle was sculpted by hand and wrist guards and belt are foamies re-enforced with resin and paint. Finally wings on ankles were sculpted by hand then painted. I spent about 16 hours on this custom and it is fairly easy to do.
