I first took the clothes off the original troll. Then, I cut the outfit out out of red felt. I then combed the hair down and tied a little bun on top with red string. Last off all, I put the ring of water from the Katara happy meal toy and put it around her to make it look like she was waterbending. I hope you enjoy my troll version of season 3 Katara!
