So I looked to see if anyone made it. Only some Drawings.
Not to much I could do here. Not tottaly happy with the cape.
So I'm gonna make my way to art store soon to make a new one

Head - Transformers Crossover Head fits perfect on any 6inch fig
Cape - Old T-shirt with wires so it posable
Hands - Kyle Rayner
Everything else - DCUC Low mash

Totally needs a lightsaber. I would have gone with vader as a red lantern as I thought he was made strong in the darkside with rage. Well that and I am not afraid of an asthmatic cyborg. I just not feeling he inspires much fear. LOL!! otherwise great job.
