Just paint (not really quality paint) over the bird of prey angel figure, which I think it' s a great figure, but with really lame colors. And since I' m crazy about x- men movie figures, I kind of adapted the costume to be like the movie uniforms. I wanted this figure so badly, but I coul not afford it from a professional customizer, so I had to do it myself with, I must confess, really cheap paints. This is my very first custom, so please, be gentle.....

sorry, death x, I didn' t answer your questions. Here are the answers: I used "Anardilux", a spanish acrylic paint I found in a general store in my neighbourhood. It has a really nice matte finish, but it can come off easily, so, to answer your second question, the figure is, in my case, for display only, thouhg it could be used for "light playing".

Thank you so much. I have already checked some of the tutorials. They are awesome. And as for the paints, I' m going for the advice of a talented customizer and use vallejo game color, since they are made in Spain, and I am spanish and live there, they won' t be too hard to find. This is a really impressive custom figure....esspecially for a first try.
I think the paint looks ok -what did you use ?
I'm using Games Workshop paint, they work really well and trusty -think they go by 3 bucks each....
Do u want the figure for display or as a toy. When u want to play with it u should invest in good and flexible paint, bruches.. and seal-lacks
so u get the best out of ur figures.
