I bought a couple of cheap Batman figures at a thrift store, and one of them was kind of strange. It was Batman, with a yellow suit, large grey boots, a bike helmet, and a grey chestplate. At first I thought I was stuck with a lousy figure, but then the grey boots reminded me of Terry McGuinness' jet-boots...
I painted it black, white-ed the eyes, and added on the wings and symbol with hot glue. The idea is that this is what Batman's "Future" Suit looked like before he perfected it. Namely that the flight mode isn't as concealed as it will be when Terry McGuinness uses it. The wings and symbol are made from soda cans.
