Upper Torso, arms, feet: 2-Pack ML Black Widow
Lower torso (modified), Legs (modified), multiple revolver joints: Revoltech Yoko
Head: Various, but mostly the DCDirect Armory Supergirl.
How to improve the recent 2-pack Black Widow: New hips legs and hands. Yoko has a huge belt that needed to go, and big cowboy boots that also had to be ground down and removed. Then I built her calves back on. The torso from Yoko had to be built up to fit onto the upper torso of the new Widow. The forearms of the Yoko were attached to the BW arms so she can have those 9 interchangeable hands.
I still think the Black Widow Hasbro recently made is a good toy, and I had the idea of mixing Yoko's torso into it but I may not have done it anytime soon if the one I found in black after looking for so long wasn't broken. But there are aspects of the Elektra body that it uses that I just don't like. The arms and legs feel gangly and unshapely, and the legs don't come together and it has that big gap in the crotch. And the waist is thick and unshapely and doesn't have the comic book proportions I'm looking for. And I wasn't crazy about the long haired head in the new 2-pack either, and I like her with long hair. Most of the stuff I first read with her was with Daredevil and she had the short hair and grey suit, but I just always liked this look best. Her most iconic to me. Although I gave this one fingerless gloves because I just liked how it looked. She has indeed wore fingerless gloves in the comics recently, not just in the movie, so it's canon. I may go back in and make the gloves all black at some point. It's also the first time I've painted a woman's head completely and did the face and everything and it took a few tries but I'm happy it came out ok, because that pretty much makes or breaks the piece.
