Finally found the time to do another custom. This is basically just a repaint of the Green Goblin with some modifications so it could fit into the cloak (from ML Moon Knight). I also had to modify the cloak so the Hobgoblin's whole head would fit into it, and it is held onto him by a piece from ML Sinister's cape.
