Although many ignored or disliked it due to being too radically different from the cartoon that ran during the 80's and 90's, the 4Kids Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon could be rather dark at times. One such ongoing event was the deterioration of Baxter Stockman in both mind and body. Each time he failed The Shredder, more and more of his body - and sanity - was whittled away. At one point, he became naught but a brain and an eyeball floating in a tube.
I cracked open the classic Mutagen Man figure and extracted his brain and a single eye from within, then used Mighty Putty to sculpt the rest. I used an empty 2003 mutagen canister and sculpted a bit around that, using a Baxter Robot head on top and the original 2K3 Baxter figure's robot arm in addition.
I wish I could have found a way to make the Baxter head translucent blue like in the cartoon, but I'm satisfied with it as-is.
