Inspired by the scene depicting the hanger bay on the mining ship Nostromo, where the full-grown Alien first appeared, this diorama was made from random mechanical pieces. Borrowing a few barrels from water guns, some diecast Autobot parts, and even the underside of a toy jeep was used. Dipped the chains in watered down brown paint for a rust effect and remodified the Neca Alien with new arms/legs for a better range of movement. Unlike the Sideshow Diorama, this Alien figure is not restricted to the base and can be posed freely, blending in equally well on both sides of the base. Included Jonesy, their ship's cat, from a repainted Schleich toy kitty.
