Modded from a Wolverine. Too bad I had to cover his scary-scowly face. The tunic is pleather cut and stretched and glued fast. The helmet is a soft-plastic mask I ground down for a battle-damaged look. The ax is coathanger wire and way too many pieces of plastic card and scrap. After dull-coting, I scraped some silver paint over the edges and highpoints to make them shine. The forward-lunging pose is possible because the ax butt touches the ground. Makes for a dynamic crouching attack-and-windup mode.
