This is a first for me, a fan character from the anime Tegami Bachi. The base figure was a Blue Dragon Shu figure, wearing one of the hats I took off the Ash figure I customized not too long ago. The scarf is a piece of t-shirt fabric over a wire, so it can be manipulated into lots of cool poses, such as being blown in the wind.
