I always wanted to make this custom but always put it off till now. I took ML Icon Magneto and removed his cape and sculpted over his boots and gloves to give a slacks look to his lower body and longer gloves on his arms. Painted the neck-brace from magneto cape and attached cape from ML Icon Thor. Used foamies for his cowl and (for a lack of better words) his skirt. Took sash from ML Icon Phoenix, modified and attached to figure. Finally painted from head to toe and sealed. Hope you guys like him...
