Base Figure:ML11 Wonderman

With the Marauders featuring in this years summer X event, I wanted to bulk out a few more of the members. Here we have the inuit HArpoon, with sculpted hair and his belt and sash nabbed from Omega Red. I also used the boxset Daredevils pouch for the quiver. The harpoons are sculpted but I couldn't quite get the detail on the ends right so I'll be using craft paper to fix it later. He looks pretty menacing with Arclight and my FO Sabretooth. I'm hoping to do a few others when I finish my Hellfire and X-Force collection!

*Update* As you can see with the first pic I managed to get a Harpoon fashioned by Dedisamurai. Cheers matey!

set UHU or Bostik glue on a piece of glass or shiny plastic works just as good as hot glue
If you drip it with the trailers you get from those glue and tint it red -you get great blood FX
Personally - I like the white eyes - I think you could perhaps fill in his ginger hair helmet a bit more tho to give it more shape - ala Three stooges Mo bowl cut

Looking through Mutant Massacre and the whole Maddy kidnap (hmmm not done a Goblin Queen yet...) he has eyes until he charges up his spears. Maybe I'll redo them with pupils and sculpt some hot glue into enery flares for the eyes.

Not bad I am impressed but he had eyes I believe other than that killer job.

Maybe they'll get it right in the new Summer event over in Uncanny? If not he's staying red haired and deadly!

No prob! You are correct though, his hair in the comics probably should have been black.

Pfft. Yeah right. Asian Brits with purple hair... that'll be the day.

Its the printing ink the colorists used - it had to be - infused with LSD so it was
The bullpen all looked like Pink gogo dancing mammoths to them probably

Crazy Marvel and their drugs! Surely they'll be turning us Brits Japanese and the Hulk in an Ang Lee nightmare next? Oh wait... Lol. Glad you like him guys and Deadeye it would be awesome if you could throw a harpoon or two to go with my Ginger Inuit!

Harpoon was one of the Marauders hired by Mr Sinister to wipe out the Morlocks in NY's underground tunnels and later to attempt to kidnap and kill Madelyne Pryor. It was his energy charged harpoons that were responsible for the severe injury that left Kitty Pryde unable to become tangible for some time, and partially responsible for Angel losing his original wings.

Not familiar with this character - but he certainly looks very cool and makes a cool custom
But if hes Inuit - won't he have dark hair?
Great work anyway man
and since I'm going to help you make you Lilandra Shiar fork - I'll send you down some stuff to make a good harpoon for yer man here
Love the eyes especially - spooky - reminds me of Johnny Alpha from 2000AD
