Banner/HULK Inc. - Friday, December 12, 2014
yes 2007 is when I first saw this and your amazing skills at customizing. This Lobo is every bit as awesome now as it was then.
JeddTheJedi - Wednesday, December 10, 2014
Fraggin badass Lobo, awesome work on the Big Bastich!

2007!!!! This was my 1st ever post!!!! Back then, figurealm didn't have a "reply" button to individual comments. So we had to thank each and every person by mentioning their names when we post our own comments... Hmm. I don't have a point. lol.

Thanks again bro!

Holy mother of god! I only started visiting this site since late 2010 & no wonder I missed this. If theres anything beyond epic/badass/masterpiece, this is it!! That undertaker head works like a charm!

jessecuster - Monday, June 25, 2007
Ey thanx again guys!
the first place winnner was a hulk based figure (based on his WIPs). The alien like anatomy on his torso and ams were sculpted, along with the face and claws... hmm it does look like Legendary comic heroes... only his Pitt, I think, is bigger and better.
1) HEAD- obviously Undertaker. I freakin love the UNDERTAKER even if he moves so slow.
2) FRAME for TORSO and ARMS (should I say skeletal base) is a dremmeled down TNA KEVIN NASH fig*
3) LEGS- joints and thighs: KEVIN NASH
4) ACCESORIES various Spawn figs
(*Why Kevin Nash? he already has the size, frame, that's proportional to the Undertaker head. And he's got cool pants!)
1) TORSO and ARMS- Simon Bisley inspired school-of-naturally-exagerated-musculature, sculpted over KEVIN NASH
2) HAIR coz the hair on UNDERTAKER's head falls straight down instead of being blown by the wind
3) SKULL on right knee
4) LEGS a few parts were also sculpted to show a little symmetry so he would't look like a patch job.
MOST IMPORTANTLY... Lobo was created while I was listening to WHITE ZOMBIE and METALLICA (except for the Black Album and the ones that followed)
Who knows I might do a PITT one day... maybe not.
Thanx guys!
mr9mm - Monday, June 25, 2007
very nice man !!! great work!!!
Punstarr - Monday, June 25, 2007
Ahhh now I can see the pic. Thanks.
Dr Nightmare - Monday, June 25, 2007
Dude, I think that guy cheated, that Pitt is the BAF from the new Legendary Comic Heroes line of toys. (maybe? Lol.)

Rob Zombie = Deadeye's favorite freak rocker - the natural successor to Alice Cooper - "Mary" Manson PAH
Anyway I liked your Lobo better than First place - tho first place admittedly won cos a lot was handsculpted while yours was a superb paintjob over some amazing modding
I still dig your Undie as Lobo - I have to bloody find me an Undertaker now - infact any TNA wrestler for that matter as they don't sell them near me
And I agree with GreyMonk he does look like Rob Zombie especially in the Dragula music video ...
Heres hoping he doesn't screw up Halloween remake this year
carlos1 - Sunday, June 24, 2007
Let me catch my breath WOW! all your figures have great paint jobs but this one is amazing. I also love the details you added the chains give it a sense of movement, great job.
Punstarr - Sunday, June 24, 2007
I see no link.
greymonk - Sunday, June 24, 2007
Man that figure really reminds me of Rob Zombie! You could probably do a Rob Zombie and send it to him, great work on this buddy!
CplHicks - Sunday, June 24, 2007
Yours is waaaaaaaaay better.
Unknown User - Saturday, June 23, 2007
Agreed Wings - this figures awesome and its got 2nd Place??????
What the hell got 1st place, Jesse?
It'd have to be something really special to beat this
Maybe a life-size Jessica Alba as Susan Storm - Naked????
I'd buy THAT for a dollar mwhahaha
Unknown User - Friday, June 22, 2007
Hey Jesse - the detail in your work is stunning. You've got a real talent to make the figures look real world but still have that action look about them. Kudo to you fella
Goldenwolf - Friday, June 22, 2007
I Dig This Figure 100% The Color Is Great And The Skulls Rock It Hard Keep Up The Good Work.
Unknown User - Friday, June 22, 2007
Awesome that your gonna be doing Preacher figs
If your Undertaker Lobo is anything to go by - using an Undertaker as a SAINT OF KILLERS is a must dude
And your other work Rocks man
Punstarr - Friday, June 22, 2007
Seriously. You have a picture of the piece that won first place? Cuz it had better blind me with it's beauty to beat out this Lobo.
CplHicks - Friday, June 22, 2007

jessecuster - Thursday, June 21, 2007
hey thanks so much guys! I'm glad a few people appreciated my work. This was my entry at the Philippine TOYCON a couple of weeks ago. I only won 2nd place but it's okay. I wasn't expecting it anyway. I wasn't even there when they announced the winner. It's still unfinished. Original design had a sculpted mouth and jawline with his teeth bared, while biting a cigar. Joints also weren't sanded down to avoid friction on paint app.
pls check out my other customs on this site too: aragorn, nigtwing, and soon aquaman and daredevil.
Oh and I'm currently working on PREACHER figs: jesse custer and tulip o hare.
Thanks again for viewing!

Bob-A-Ferret - Thursday, June 21, 2007
Best Lobo EVER and I doubt I will see its better anytime soon I love it the only thing that would make it better is if the one arm could be swapped out for a little dainty girly arm.
Maelstrom - Thursday, June 21, 2007
Now here is a great custom job! Nice choice of parts. When I first saw this, I thought it looks great, but the hair needs to be spiked. Then after considering for a while how Lobo is always drawn (WAY OVER THE TOP MUSCULATURE, GAUDY ATTIRE, ETC...) It occured to me that he always looks so cartoonish. So I concluded that spiking the hair would take away from the realistic quality this figure has, so I would not change a thing. To me, it looks like what a movie version of Lobo would look like. Great paint job and nicely done Kitbash!
VariablePenguin - Wednesday, June 20, 2007
That is REALLY awesome. I makes me want to rethink the plan I had to make one of him.
Punstarr - Wednesday, June 20, 2007
Nice. I was just at Micheal's today... chrome model spray paint (the only way I can seem to find actual chrome paint for some reason) was $3.99 a can, and spray primer was $5.99 a can!
Thanks for the tip!
Dr Nightmare - Wednesday, June 20, 2007
It should, I saw it at Michaels and Jo Anns for 3 bucks on clearance, along with translucents!
Punstarr - Wednesday, June 20, 2007
Hmmm, can that be found at Micheal's Crafts?
Dr Nightmare - Wednesday, June 20, 2007
Use a matte-sealer. It should say "MATTE" or "SATIN" on the can.
Punstarr - Wednesday, June 20, 2007
Paint job looks awesome... what do you guys use for a sealant for a paint job like this and not have it come out glossy?
Mikey11935 - Wednesday, June 20, 2007
That is awesome! great work! Biig fan of Lobo and this does him justice!
BYGTOPP - Wednesday, June 20, 2007
SACRE BLEU that is a masterpiece!!!!
I know 2 dudes at work who would die for the main man.
