this figure is based on the cryo legionnaire from command and conquer red alert 3. i used a iron man figure for the base swapped the lower legs with a hulk buster iron man, added armor, gun, and jetpack from several halo figures. painted with several shades of blue and drybrushed with silver. thanks for looking comments are welcome
