I picked up an extra 10" Thor to see if I could "improve" the figure. the sculpt is nice but the lack of painted detail was bugging me. I repainted the torso and arms to amp the detail and replaced the cape and red accents on the gauntlets and boots with faux velvet cloth. The plastic hammer head was replaced with a metal one taken from a movie Mjolnir key chain (picked up at Blockbuster).
Not Hot Toys, but considering I only paid $20, it's good enough for me.
