I took a IM The Armored Avenger HulkB. figure and repainted it green and such. Then I switched heads with a DCD Hugo Strange Secret Files sans goatee. Filled in the areas above his ears and painted. I wanted to keep the same colour scheme as the classic super powers Lex Luthor. Never had the opportunity for a DCU Armored Luthor so I made my own.
