This is number 13 in my series of Earth-2 Superman fan fiction. This character is the Quicksilver Kid II, a legacy villain and son of the classic Golden Age Superman villain, the Quicksilver Kid (who was in reality the Roman God Mercury who had been awoken during the bombing of Italy during WWII). The Quicksilver Kid II is a foe of the Earth-2 Superman's son Clark Kent, Jr. during his time as the Earth-2 Superboy.
Again, this figure was a pretty straight forward custom. I took the Asgardian figure and repainted all silver portions of his armor gold, lightened his hair, repainted his boots and gloves a different shade of brown and his cape wrap a bright yellow. Once all paint had dried, I gave him a golden staff made from a DC Direct JLA Series 1 Superman American flag accessory, and TA-DA...the Quicksilver Kid II, nemesis of the Earth-2 Superboy!!!!
