recipe,
upper torso and arms - power rangers 8 inch figure
legs - animated leader megatron
backpack - random kitbash from many scraps of toys
gun - power rangers weapon
wheels and wrist guards from a bootleg transformer
head-power ranger with barbie face and medicine spoons with a bionicle piece for the helmet
pasticoat hot pink, also black plasticoat and white enamel.
not perfect but a random bash with little effort just a spare hour
