Took a neca Duke Nukem figure I had laying around added jacket from a lotr Aragorn figure and misc. weapon fodder from Marvel Select Deadpool, marvel legends bullseye, and a head from a mcfarlane S-mart Ash figure. Did a complete repaint with a spray on look for the skull emblem. Used citadel and P3 paints,some apoxy sculpt and several washes.
Had to build a magnetic neck joint for the head using bearings and earth magnets. Bullet arm band is sculpted on using a bandoleer from a Davey Jones figure from Pirates.
