I sculpted this little guy from scratch, using a wire armature and milliput epoxy putty. The cape is from an old happy meal toy and heavily modified. I used a straight pin to paint the fine details. The pictures unfortuntely make it look worse than it is in person, so stand about 10' away from your computer to view it properly :p.
Anyway, I'm a bit proud of it, so tell me what you think.
