I've always been a much bigger fan of the newer spawn costume as opposed to the first one that had a lot of red and the shinier skulls. A while back I got this issue 7 figure out of its package online and decided to convert it using a broken issue 43 cover art figure I had laying around as a donor figure for the "big boot", gauntlet, skulls, etc. I also modified the gun in the right hand so that he's holding it better, and used some red acrylic and a black wash for the red parts. For now I like it as it is but maybe later I'll put back the bullets and grenades, etc. The last pic is the "before" of course and I'll also see about including links to more pics of the whole process.
