This Shredder is loosely based on the one that appeared in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time Re-Shelled (a seriously underrated game with awesome character design). He's mostly made of an amalgam of Shredders; the majority is the 2007 version, with shoulder armor from the Armorized Shredder from '03 and the cape of the 1988 Shredder. Some details including the braces for the arm-armor and the loincloths were sculpted with Mighty Putty. The blade of his saber came from Sam Jackson (or rather Mace Windu). Don't remember what the handle's from, though....
