This is the Chimera from the Batman Beyond episode 'The Splicers'. He is made from a 10" Justice League Batman. His ears were cut off, then reglued at the proper angle, his waist is made of plumbers epoxy, and his tail was made from a bicycle inner-tube, with a coat hanger stuck in the middle to make it poseable. The nose and hand were also handmade.
