This is the wandering wasteland priest. Whenever he rests in a town or camp he recruits more followers to his bloody cult of the wastes,sacrificing his followers whenever he sees fit. He uses them as a disposable army wandering around consuming and converting ever more to his twisted ideas.
this figure was made using the Cole body from the NECA gears line.
i cut and put together a bunch of different hair to make his unkempt locks, and used great foam for the melted off fake skin around his robot hand, and then a pint job and some other finishing touches and there you go.

I checked an "online source of figures" after reading the base figure price comment, and it's only a $45-ish figure that was customized.
If you want to be blown away by people using expensive base figures for customs, go visit the 3A WWR forums. Most of the 1/6th custom robots probably have a base cost of $200+ for just the main figure. It's wild.
