1986 Connor Macleod (Highlander) Custom Action Figure

Custom #:30514
Name:1986 Connor Macleod (Highlander)
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Highlander
Creator:BalDahark
Date Added:June 25, 2011
Base Figure:Neca Highlander head, McFarlane 24 body
Height:7.00 inches
As much as I loved the Neca Highlander 2-pack, I always thought it was stupid how they included the Kurgan in an action pose, but Connor was posed exactly like in the movie poster.
1536 Connor and 1986 Connor made for a much better display I think

Any chance that this is for sale? If not, do you take commissions to build for people?

Excellent figure.

Can you give a breakdown on how you made him?

Sorry for the delay- I don't check my comments often.
Well I took the 24 fig and boiled him in water- that made the arms pop right out. I knew I'd be putting a Neca Terminator jacket on him and after trying it out I quickly realized his body was way too big for that. The jacket hides it, but I actually shaved the 24 body down CONSIDERABLY.
Next came the Highlander head. the bulk of the hair peeled right off and I was able to sculpt the rest.
Finally I pieced everything together the way I wanted it, painted and DONE
