I picked up a cheap Luthor/Lexcorp Trooper 3-pack, and already had the Luthor of the set and well, I'm not much for army building with this scale, so I used the body of the Trooper with Lex's head, some light orange paint and wash, and a wee bit of sculpting near the torso. DC's most greedy villain is now part of my Lantern roster.
