This is a rendition of the Cimmerian as King. I took the look from a combination of reference pics and inspiration from some of the McFarlane figures. I had created the Conan the barbarian custom and modified it to create the more formal version. I covered the hinges with a piece of cotton and covered them with apoxy. Since the figure is bulkier than any other 1:6 figure I had to do a lot of tayloring to fit the clothes. I cut to size and added velcro to the back of the chainmail shirt to fit the figure. The shoulder pieces are modified parts of an Ignite Roman cuirass, I combined the skirt and belt and turned it into one piece, I left a hint of the original loincloth to keep the barbarian spirit (he may be King but he remains a Cimmerian) the helmet was modified to add the horns from a spawn figure. The sword was cortesy of Aneses who has some of the best Conan customs out there thanks Hermano. The sccarab for the sword was made using cardboard glued at the bottom and wraped in arts & craft plastic string the tip was sculpted and the whole thing was attached to the belt with two rings.
I love this custom. Love the body you used, the head, the details... It´s awesome. One of the best 1/6th scale Conan I´ve ever seen. Í´m wishing to see more of your customs.
Thanks for your mention.
