It's a recipe that's been used before, but that's because it's so good, Vath Sarn form a DCUC John Stewart. I was able to get an extra GL 5-pack for a really good price, and couldn't decide what to do with John. Thought about doing a Justice Lords version, but Bob-a-Ferret's GL's kept inspiring me, and Vath Sarn screamed to be made. I used some more recent issues of GLC as reference and put the scar on the right side of his face with a hot knife. The flesh tone was a PITA to get right, but after a few false starts I think I got it pretty close to right. Then took a push pin and dug the scar back out of the paint, and used the same push pin to help with the eyes. I went with a darker more "Olive Drab" color to his uniform, but kept my metallic Christmas Green on his gauntlets. I thought it better represented the character and adds a bit more diversity to a shelf full of guys in black and green uniforms.
