Simple enough I took a DCU Superman and beheaded him and replaced his head with a first issue Kingdom Come Supes head. The emblem is a cut vinyl in red and black. The cape is my standard Pull-Through but to insure that it didn't get too bulky I dabbed some hot glue on his upper back and then held the cape down in place until it cooled making this the permanent placement for the cape. All in all I think it worked out pretty well. I DID later go back and paint the belt black excluding the buckle, but I don't think it looks to bad as is in this photo. It's all in the pose.
