-This is the first, serious custom I've done. Upon reading Miracle Man by Alan Moore (I managed to track down all the issues), and seeing that Marvel was going nowhere fast with the Marvel Man rights (meaning a lack of figure), I decided to make one.
-The figure base is a Captain Atom, from wave 1 of the Superman / Batman figure series. The head is a Aquaman, from the JLA Classic series (I believe). Both of these were Ed McGuiness molds.
-The rest is all painted by hand. Even the symbol. I used a mechanical pencil to block it off, and then steady handed it in.
