She follows Casimir's recipe with a Hawkgirl body and a head and hand from a TNBA Catwoman.

I sprayed it with Black Fusion paint.

her face is a weird color in the BTAS - Gotham Knights tv show
Much different to how she started out in the early BTAS shows
its sorta weird blue-greyish white
All I can reckon to this is its facepaint to make her look more cat like
Some black cats have white muzzles
BTW to the maker of thsi - nice work man
