Warhammer 40,000...actually. The Imperial Commissar was made using a Mattel WWE figure. Legs were repositioned, sculpted all of the costume and details. Modded an M16 for his bolter and built the chainsword from random materials until I was satisfied it was tough enough.

I really like how his chainsword is much slimmer then the usual size the 40k Marines are always shown using. Makes sense since Cain is a (almost) non augmented human.
