Alex Mercer (with Powers, and Base!) Custom Action Figure

Recipie taken from earlier custom that I think was pretty close and easy to the character.pulled off the Logan coat cut off the switch like thing on his back, sanded it down cut off 1 stripe on each side then used paint to make the white stripes.Also cut off his claws of course.The Blade and claws(one shown) were made by wrapping the arm in plastic wrap and using hot glue to sculpt the Biomass. I believe it makes it a better effect than just sculpt. Then I took some plastic dip and coated it to protect it and give it a black color. Blade is from NECA mercer cut up. And the claws are 3 real metal blades with a plastic thumb cut off horns of some old figure I found in the storage. The base is a simple Marvel select Redhulk base with a Pillar from a matrix scene with the bullet things ripped out.(my 2nd custom!) thank you and please let me know of any tips you may have.
