I originally made this to be a part of the Armored Up contest, but I didn't get a chance to enter because I got busy doing some other projects. I thought the best way to armor up would be to become the Blue Bomber. I added battle damage just to give some more effect. The Base figure was an Obama figure and the Parts were from a Megaman Vinyl Figure.
