Update: I decided to lose the pants to make him more story accurate. And I'm happy I did. Enjoy.

"I am super serial." If you haven't watched the Imaginationland trilogy and the episode where Al Gore introduces us to the idea of MBP on South Park, go watch it right now. Then come back and check out Manbearpig!!!!! This custom took up quite a few man hours. I really dove in to dremeling, scuplting, and better painting techniques than I had been using with this guy. He is supposed to look like a hideous monster so it allowed me to try some new things without worrying too much. I took a LOTR Warg and started hacking it to bits so that I could throw the human portions on. Then of course I had to hack up some human pieces from someone big enough. I then started making the pieces fit together to look like the monster of our imaginations you see before you. After several coats of primer it was time to start bringing him to life with various washes, regular coats, and dry brushing to make him look realistic but still from a cartoon. I hadn't had much practice with mixing colors and zero practice with sculpting hair and the different painting techniques. I could not be happier with how he turned out. He does have pants on which isn't story accurate but I like 'em so I left 'em. And I wasn't ready to keep all his joints from getting paint stuck in them so he isn't as articulated as he could be, but he's still pretty articulated. Thanks for checking him out. I'm not sure how many South Park fans are out there since there aren't very many customs on FR. Feel free to comment. Keep on building! "Everyone is totally stoked on me right now."

What is that, some sort of pig bear man?
I would still love to do a Halloween costume of this (the one Al Gore wore on the show). I'm not sure if to many people would get it, kind of like when I went as Scuzzlebutt.
