This Chameleon is made from Dark Knight Movie Masters Joker Goon. The head was carved down then molded over with apoxie sculpt. Added shoulders and width and a turtle neck. Then increased his height by a quarter of an inch by cutting his legs in two at the shins and adding apoxie sculpt. then the paint job.
