Here is another Action League custom of mine starring everyone's favorite melted superhero, MELTMAN!
I utilized parts of these old Space Men CORPS! figures that I had that had a similar body shape of Meltman for the base. I am not sure if these figures are knock offs or official G.I. Joe like figures, but either way, they weren't anything special. I used the same method that harveytwoface999 did with his Meltman custom, applying hot glue to parts of the figure to give it the beaded melted look. I went a step further though and took a soldering iron and made a hole in the head along with two holes into the torso. I then applied some black Rust Oleum Matte Acrylic spray paint for the base color and utilized Testors gloss enamel paint for the mini details on the figure. This figure does not look exactly like the show's counterpart, but it looks pretty darn close. He at least looks like a figure that went through hell in a handbag in my humble opinion!
